Most Property Managers ask for a deposit of $300 up to $1000 from the owner to keep on account for repairs. I can`t figure why they need to take the repairs out of the current months rent when they have that deposit in their bank account. They can `replenish` that $300 out of the next months...

I would NOT recommend Libertas Property Management. This seems to be the hardest part of having rental properties in Edmonton.....
We are considering investing in the Langley area. I have heard Don say North Langley is a good location to invest in right now ..... just wondering where is considered North Langley? Is that north of Hwy 1 or north of the Bi-Pass or north of the Fraser Hwy.?
