I think it would be fantastic if there was a feature in the REMA toolkit that allowed you to synchronize to the latest download available from your website. This would avoid people second-guessing themselves if they have the latest software, and allow them to do it right within the program instead of through the web.
An advanced adaptation of this would be to have the software check automatically upon opening if it has the latest version, noting that through the registration screen, it would have the user`s name (you could update it to contain password as well to enable auto-synching), and of course, the versioning control is already embedded within the software so it could check against the latest version.
This would ensure everyone is ALWAYS up-to-date with the latest features and enhancements.
