Please can you consider having a version of the Property Analyzer that has no required fields so that it can be used for really quick and dirty analyses (first pass filter) of properties/Fiona

After you get used to using REMA it shouldn`t take you longer than 15 minutes to enter a completely new property to analyze instead of re-opening a `template`. This is a better way to do quick anaylsis because if you decide to buy the property and transfer it to your portfolio your `template` has now become one of your properties in your portfolio and is moved out of Analyzer.

If you know you won`t be transferring it to your portfolio and you still want to create a `template`: select a new property and give it a nickname of "3 Bed 1.5 Bath", fill in all of the required fields and when you have a similar property to do a quick analysis, re-open that property and change all of the specific details.

We have added the ‘Copy an Analyzed Property’ to the Analyzer. Just click on the Analyzer button and choose ‘Copy Property’. That should speed things up for everyone!
