Which city do i invest for a solid return in arizona?

I 've read alot about the arizona market and my wife and i would like to purchase something down there for an occasional use and have it rented out most of the time.Everyone is in phoenix but it is quite a larger city and i was hoping to get some other opinions on other investors who have bought down there and what their rents are and for what type of building.I like tuscon and glendale and scottsdale as well but we can only go to 1 place at this time.



Opinions anyone would greatly be appreciated especially if you have something down in arizona!

Yields are poor now. If you're looking at A areas like Scottsdale then it's worse. If you plan to use the property for personal, then it likely nonexistent or negative. The time to buy in Phoenix ended last year. My experience only.
