Hello,
Can someone recommend a good/reasonable real estate lawyer in Toronto (other than the ones listed in the resources directory)? Pls. provide email and/or telephone. thanks very much.

My lawyer is terrific. He is a real estate investor. And he has fantastic people on his staff. His name is Bob Rose and he is in Oakville - admittedly not Toronto, but worth the drive! We have done over a dozen real estate deals with him.

I recommend Robert Cross. He`s also based in Oakville, but he`s handled numerous RE transactions and mortgage renewals for us when we were in TO, and we still use him now that we`re up here in the sticks (aka Belize

). I know at least one other RE investor who uses him regularly as well. He`s handled RRSP 2nds for us as well as conventional 1sts.
