Hello Fellow REINers,
I have some friend in the Toronto (East) area that are looking for a good inspector to help "find them money" for their personal residence which they hope to buy soon.
Just for some background, they are trying to buy an older house that is in liveable condition that will require some updates and would like to have a good inspector that will be able to help them produce a good report that can be used as a barganing tool before removing conditions.
So if anyone has any recommendations for a really sharp inspector that knows how to save you some money when buying, please forward on their details.
