Tidy little profit

I bought a home in Trenton ON 4 years ago and rented it out to a family employed by Boeing. I sold it a couple of weeks ago and I'm going to pocket over $40k in proceeds from the sale. Investing in real estate is a lot harder and a lot more time-consuming than I ever thought, but now that I've been doing this for about 5 years, I've got all my systems working well and my team of experts well-established. I thank Don for his books for helping me get where I'm at.
