to all members: listen to the audio interview that Russell sent out a few days ago. Once again great insight. My opinion on the 40 year am being axed is that it created more of a buying oportunity in the market right now. It has somehwhat extended our plateau currently, creating more time for investors to buy and creating more buying opportunities as the unsavvy investors exit the market not fully understanding what`s going on.
