Curious if anyone can recommend a property manager for Stony Plain. The property is half of a duplex with a main floor and legal basement suite. Thanks in advance for your time. Ray

Hi Ray,
Honestly, it is easier to just hire someone off of Kijiji with residential management experience and have a set template for monthly reporting. I haven't found are any good single unit property managers.

Most have huge fees and perform zero service. No reporting, no property visits. And you pay for every visit to the property and to fill the property.
