With the Ron LeGrand Ontario event a few months behind us, Ifigured it was about time to post a little note.

If you`re serious about this business - Stick with it
. it
takes time to get experienced, and it takes experience to do well.

My first deal after leaving Ron`s Alberta event was the next
day, but that deal nearly killed me (in terms of cash flow) for months until I
was able to partner with another investor to help me (Thanks Julie!).

Then came many months of nothing` I was working at it full time, but producing nothing
.

And then it clicked ` I had the drive, I had a mentor, and
something just started working.

This month, I`ve done two wholesale quick turns (not my
focus, but I do them for properties I cannot place a lease option buyer in),
and have put $10,000 in my pocket for two properties ($5,000/ea) that I never
owned. That`s in December ` a month that
very little happens in real estate, especially in the prairies!.

I also got a property under an Agreement for Sale contract with
$0 down and $27,000 of sellers equity payable in about 16 months with zero
interest and zero payments.

This business *DOES
* work, but you need the right actions
to produce the right results.

` Whatever you do, if you seriously want this business
to be your livelihood ` stick with it
.

Thanks,

David.

Hey David - thanks again for sharing your experience with Quick Turn real estate. It's very encouraging to hear from those who have stuck it out and are making it work. Posts like yours have me convinced that Quick Turn 'prospects' are indeed out there - we just have to develop the skills and the system to find them, screen them, and then make them work. Keep sharing - it's much appreciated!

Thanks Ben.

In reality, I've always been long winded and a bit 'teachy', it just so happens that this forum is a place it's seen as a good thing.

... not so much at dinner parties. ;)

Thanks,

David.

Dave would you be interested in participating in an Interview With An Expert Audio recording for the REIN members?

Not sure of your schedule, but I bet we could schedule something over the next couple of weeks. Drop me a line at the office you can call 1-888-824-7346, and we can slot something in.
