Have you downloaded the RSP mortgage info from Olympia`s web site? If not it has all the docs you and your lawyer will need to complete the transaction. If you have specific questions about the docs contact Kelly Revol at Olympia ( or her delegate as she might have moved on to another dept).
If you are trying to decide on what you set up with your investor that is something you need to do up front.

If you have questions about mortgages with RSP`s at time of closing you can contact me as I am a mortgage broker and have details on how that can be done at time of closing.
