Sandwich Wrap

Hi everyone,

Has anyone ever done a deal where you bought a property via wrap mortgage and FSA. You turn around and sell the property to a buyer providing yet another wrap over your existing wrap with FSA.


Is there a laymen term for this? Is it Seller financing?
