The property information form that you are referring to can be accessed in the following way...
The REIN office would have sent out to you an e-mail which contains action steps to take in preparation for the course.
In this e-mail, there is a link to the form. Click on this link and use this form when you are contacting FSBOs.

I recieved the link to the 17 cd`s to prep yourself before the course, but did you recieve a link to a script also to follow when contacting FSBO?
I have all the "Subject to Deal" information, am I missing anything? Sorry for all the questions I`m a late sign up and just want to make sure I do all my homework before the workshop.
