rental properties in spruce grove

I am possibly looking at renting out a house in Spruce Grove, AB and was wondering what avenues for advertising are best for this town? I did a search on google and not a lot turned up so I was wondering if a local paper is the better route to look for comparables? Any suggestions?

we own in StonyPlain .. so yes, local paper works best !
