I would suggest that you attend a local investment group. Here in the Durham Region, the premier group is called Durham REI. You can check out their website at www.durhamrei.ca. They meet monthly, and in that group, a few property managers typically attend. But more than that, there is great networking opportunities with local contractors, realtors, mortgage specialists, and more. Also, the level of knowledge gained from the speakers, makes it a worthwhile evening.
