Property Manager in Medicine Hat

Do any REIN members currently use Property Managers in the Hat - if so could you let me know who to give me a starting point to conduct interviews?

I have heard of Angie`s. I believe she does a good job but is also on the high end of the price scale for Med Hat. That may fit what you are looking for if you are an out of town investor.
I have 18 doors in Med Hat and use Tim Seitz at Royal Lepage. He does a decent job and charges around 6%.

We chose Angie`s because she seemed pretty solid and on the ball, and she only does property management (even though she is a licensed realtor). She`s been in business for quite a while. The fees are not too bad - 8% (slightly more than our previous manager, but I don`t mind paying a bit more).

We left our other one for several reasons - lack of communication being a key one.
