Property Management Software?

Wondering what everyone is using for property management software. We had been using Landlord123, but my staff is finding it incredibly slow, making it less user-friendly. I think we need to make a change.

I've heard that Spectra is a good program if you have enough doors which I'm fairly certain you do have. Their website is spectra dot ca (sorry as this is my first post I can't send links yet). No personal experience with it but have heard good things 3-4 times.

I use property ware, I love it, it was a bit confusing at first but once I got the hang of it I rocked it. Its great because it also has tenant portals so tenants can email in work orders and then the work order can be sent to the handyman etc, makes things easier to keep track of.
