Property Management in Halifax and Moncton

Hi everyone,

Im looking to expand my property management company in Atlantic Canada and wondering your thoughts on Halifax and Moncton and what you have found good or bad about owning property in these cities. Do you have high vacancy?Does you current manager giving you a fighting chance to succeed? What do you like about them and perhaps what you would like to see improve?
