Attracting potential buyers is one of the main tasks that realtor will face in 2017, I think.

Do we need to wait for that much time? Soon or later we can see a massive migration from the US (yes Mr. president is there). http://www.northwoodmortgage.com/ho...-election-will-impact-canadas-housing-market/ The only problem that I suspect about this migration is that this may lead to temporary unemployment in Canada.

Canada has immigration quotas. As such any rumoured US immigration changes have zero impact in Canada. ZERO.

The US will also not deport 11M illegal immigrants. It may reduce inflow by enhanced border security and a fence along the US-Mexico border aka "the wall" and it may deport a few more dangerous criminals that are illegal immigrants.
