I am looking for an advisor with some land development experience to help put together an offer for a piece of land with rental housing on it, with immediate rent but all on one title.

Send me an email with the details and I`ll see what we can do...not sure there are too many `advisors` out there that offer this type of service...most people that know how to do this are out there doing it themselves...but send me the full picture and I`ll see what we can do.
