I`m looking to buy a 3bed 2 bath townhouse in the north east part of Edmonton In the range of 160 000 too 200000 with 20% down what is a realistic cash flow I can expect? Is there any good websites to see what I can get for this type of property. I use rentometer but I don`t know how acurite it is. does anyone know of anyother sites I can use And if any ones has used rentometer.com how acurate is it. I would apreciate any feed back thanks.

sounds VERY expensive !!

is it brand new, huge and in MINT condition ?

rent is maybe $1200 to maybe $1450 if real large and excellent location !

re-write offer @ 140,000 !! much for sale .. no rush to buy the best deal .. write 10 offers and expect 9 to be refused .. 7 un-answered 3 countered .. and one bought !!!

Thomas, using this example: Would the mentioned $140,000 be your firm price or would you counter back with $141,500 if it would be one of the three countered and tell that you don`t want to move too much?

I meant: Is the price in these 10 offers the "Love it or Leave it"Question?
