I recommend Pat Filice www.filicelaw.ca . I`m not just recommending him because he`s my brother. He has many years of experience in real estate law.
For home inspections in Hamilton, I have used Castlerock Inspections and found them to be very good.

For residential units I wouldn`t look to a lawyer for a lease.
