Looking For A Copy of Lease Agreement

Hello,



I am in the midst of screening people to rent a detached rancher house in Vancouver, BC. I am looking for a long term rental/lease, and am seeking a copy of an appropriate lease agreement. Does anyone have a source for these ? I already use tenancy agreements w/addendums for suites I have in another property, but am seeking an actual lease agreement for this peticular situation.
