Has anyone been able to find a good lawyer to work with in Ontario? I was just dumped by my current lawyer for being too creative.
I have 2 deals I am currently working on:
1. Needs $30k downpayment. We`ve agreed to purchase for $309,000. We will make her mortgage, tax and insurance payments. Exit strategy : Rent to Own
2. JV with owner. New mortgage for 50% of the value of home, both of us applying together. Split 50/50 Exit stategy: Rent to Own.
