Hi, B) I have a property well scored that I can purchase and I`m thinking of doing my first Joint Venture Agreement or Unanimous Shareholders Agreement. Does anyone have a sample or blank agreement that I could familiarize myself to?

I figured you were likely a new member because of your member number under your name. The higher the number, the newer you are. That`s why I gave the tip.

I assume you have a JV partner ?

Find the money partner first, THEN the property (after you have shown him a couple of similar deals) !!
