I joined REIN 3 years ago. At that time, I owned only my primary residence.
REIN has been part of me through a lot of life changes -
Today I own 12+ rentals. 2 are even commercial. I think by any standards that is a success. I have great passive income, and a level of serenity in all aspects that has not been matched heretofore in my life.
I'm humbly grateful to all the REIN giants who have unknowingly allowed me to stand on their shoulders to get where I am today.
It's time to give back - I am pretty successful real estate broker in Guelph. I would like to be able to help you invest in the area should you have any interest. Given the ups and down of my own investing career, maybe I can be one of your giants?
