Alberta to be one of Canada's economic leaders
CALGARY ` Four provinces, including Alberta, can expect to see their economies growth faster than the national average this year, according to the Conference Board of Canada.
In its Provincial Outlook: Spring 2013, released Wednesday, the board said Newfoundland and Labrador will be the runaway leader in economic growth among Canada`s provinces this year at 6.1 per cent, followed by Saskatchewan at 3.9 per cent, Alberta at 3.1 per cent and Manitoba at 2.2 per cent.
