Hi,

I just wonder how one goes about getting one?

I do not see them advertised or very rarely on icx.ca

I am in south western Ontario.

Thanks

Contact realtors specializing in your target area, firms such as CBRE, Avison Young, Colliers or ROCK Advisors.

Here are a few websites:

www.rockaptadvisors.ca/

www.collierscanada.com/

www.avisonyoung.com/

www.cbre.ca

50+ unit buildings are sold to known buyers and usually marketed through a private list that each realtor maintains. A typical 50 unit building in SW Ontario for $80,000/door is about $4M, with $1M in cash required.

It matters not where you live. It matters where the target asset is located !
