Well, gang, we can file away all those jokes about Saskatchewan.
You know the ones -- about the last one to leave turning out the lights; more kilometres on the snowblower than on the car; or the fact you can watch your dog run away from home for hours -- yep, all those ones and more.
Albeit on a smaller scale, Saskatchewan found itself a year ago in much the same boat Alberta had been in earlier.
