Has anyone used rentalhistoryreport.com ?

I just found this website and read their FAQ.

The website looks simple enough. I signed up as a landlord to see what's inside, but because I have no history with them it did not show me anything.

Has anyone entered feedback about their tenant there? Looks like a good resource to use for screening tenants.

This sounds interesting but I wonder how a Landlord would benefit when the Tenant has the option to let you read their history or not.



I would think aTenant would deny access if they have a bad report.

If a prospective tenant doesn't want to give access to their history, we get an indirect indication of an issue or a problem and maybe move on to next applicant.
