First of all yeah life if so good and very very happy to see rein on tapatalk this will make me be so much more active.
I met with my realtor today and his manager and it looks like I have a good chance of getting on their team, I am going to start my real estate license course asap. I have quit my job up north and so much happier, a little budgeting and possibly some part time work down here on Vancouver Island and I will get bye just fine and excel once I get into the market...
Any advice is welcome from people who work or have experience in the real estate sales market.
