First-time homebuyers in B.C. choosing condo over house

First-time homebuyers in B.C. are more likely to buy a condo than a house than anyone else in the country, according to a recent national survey. The survey found 14 per cent of those surveyed in B.C. who were buying a home for the first time were planning on buying a condo or had just recently bought one.
