First Time Home Buyer Ontario Land Transfer Tax Credit

Hi Guys



Here is my situation, finsihed school lived at home for 2 home with the parents saved a ton of money bought two rental properities which I never lived in so they were not my primary residence. I just bought a place in Milton which will be my first primary residence. Do you know if I still qualify for the land transfer tax credit?
