I have two apartments for sale but I`m wondering if I have them priced right? From what I can tell most of the apartments in Ontario are going for a lot more, and a lot lower cap rates. But I know many of you in this forum are experts so can you give me some feedback? Are they priced to sell or should I change the pricing?
