Creating a basement Apartment - Demolition

This is the project my wife and I are working on now. We hope to be finished and have the place rented out within the next 6 weeks.

Not exactly. The 2 carpenter's are independant contractors and I am independent too. I used to work as a renovater/carpenter for customers but for the past couple years I've been working exclusively on my own investment properties and managing them. My wife manages the tenants.
I don't actually have any employees.
