I am looking for referrals for Commercial Realtors in Red Deer and Edmonton. I am looking for an 8-12 suite multi family building.

I am looking for a 10-12 suite building in NE Edmonton. We do have more that 300k for a DP. I have 6 single family properties but this will be my first multi. We are ready to move in January if we find the right building.
