Come Drive Edmonton on Sunday

If you're in the Edmonton area and have Sunday afternoon free, come join Brent and I for a couple hours of looking at Edmonton properties with some other investors. This is a free, no obligation chance to learn more about different property types and neighbourhoods available in Edmonton. We'll be doing a tour every 2 weeks and this Sunday (February 13th) we're looking at suited properties. We meet around 1 p.m. and we're wrapped up by 4:00 or so.

We've just confirmed the properties we'll be checking out. One in Queen Mary Park (RF3 zoned), one in Spruce Avenue (RF3 zoned, near the new Kingsway/RAH LRT station) which has the only basement suite that would rent easier than a main floor.
