Just curious as to what others are charging for the Coin-op Washers and Dryers per load to the tenants?

$1.5 per load. but I`m just charging the same as previous owner from 2 yrs ago. it`s located 2 hours from Toronto by the way.

$1.50 to $2 .. depending in cycle length or size of machine ..

Wow, to give some perspective, I am living in France and we pay $12.00 per load for washing and $1.60/10 min or $10/hr for drying.

yes, because space and electricity costs more .. it is VERY cheap in NA .. 6c/kwh .. a quarter of rates in Europe .. but with all this global warming discussion and silly cap-and-trade legislation it will rise here too ..

Our PM advised us to charge $1.75 to recoup costs (ie-not much cashflow!)

keep in mind that neither tenant nor PM nor Coinamatic nor Phelps (the 2 main W/D lease providers) pay for the huge electricity bill .. YOU DO !

Thus: err on the high side !!!
