A friend of the family has just retired from the local police department after 30 years. Over the years he has done renovations on the side and is going to go full time now.
He would still like to spend 3 months of the year in warmer reaches and is looking for opportunities to trade his skills for room and board for him and his wife during the cold months.
Anyone know anyone who might be interested or a place to find these opportunities?
