I am doing some research on property around the SE area. I noticed in the EAST part of Calgary there are a lot of Landfills. Area like New Brighton, Copper Field, Mackenzie Towne, etc. are very close to Shepard Landfill. I was wondering would buying a place for investment or to live in by a Landfill have any effect in health, quality of living (smell), or even price of the housing?
