2008 Year End Average is $460,327
I remember a lot of people felt $230,754 in 2003 was high and I have one friend still waiting for the prices to come down.
Perspective:
The Dec 2008 Average Selling Price was $417,398
If you bought in 2003 your still up 80.88%, 2004 +70.54%, 2005 +49.96%, 2006 +8.42% and 2007 your down 9.33%
Will $417,000 look cheap in 2013 ???
