brick spalling

I have a building which has brick spalling problem.

Any inputs on how to deal with it?

What info are you looking for ?

As much as you can provide



You might have a minimal repair near the chimney, or have to do parging and other work (often to roof), or might have to redo parts or all of the exterior.



Is this on the chimney or on other area's?

Is this a leaking issue or a defective brick issue?

It is on the walls.

I am not sure if that is the brick problem .... the building is 80 years young

It could be water leaking from roof area behind the layer of brick or another issue

You will need to get someone to the building in person to determine

You will likely need to solve water issue and replace bricks (depending on how far gone, how many)
