Best tenant ever!

I have a tenant who wants to pay his rent 2 weeks early because he is just staying in the country for a few months and he wants to keep track of his money.



He has had this "habit" since he moved in and has always payed at least a few days early. He has also been taking great care of the home on top of this.



I am really going to miss him when he goes.
