I`ve missed the past few REIN meetings, but for a good reason. I was training all summer and won my age category at the 24 Hour World Mountain Biking World Championships in Monterey California back in September and I just got back from Brazil, where I competed and finished the 6 day 444 km Ecomotion Adventure Race. Stories and pictures can be found on my team`s website for both events:

Can`t wait to get back into Real Estate!

Hello Sean,
Congratulations on your win and accomplishments!

Have you considered the TransRockies??
I have a condo in Kimberley BC and have always been interested in that race.
For now I`m still `just` a roadie on a team with some tough older guys and one 3 time Canadian Cyclocross champion.
As far as I`m concerned you`ve already created your own `Belize`
Happy riding.

Congratulations Sean on your focus and drive. I think I speak for all of us here when I say, `can`t wait to see the amazing results you`ll create when you bring that drive and focus to your real estate business.`

I have considered the race as well as the TransAlps. I`ve been aked to race it but with getting married next summer, it`s not in the plans. Maybe someday though.

Thanks
Sean

Hi Don,

Thanks for the encourgament. It was the May Quickstart that opened my eyes to what my personal Belize would be and how I`d achieve my goals. It was that event that gave me the confidence to take a 10 week leave from my work this summer to concentrate on my athletic endeavours and my real estate aspirations. This summer proved exciting for both as we purchased two places in Grande Prairie and I completed my first Joint Venture deal.

The process of finding Joint Venture partners proved harder than I thought it`d be, but hopefully the process will get easier as we make more and more contacts.

Thanks for the encouragement.
Cheers
Sean
