Anyone know of IHM Canada?

My wife was looking at getting some formal property management training and we came across IHM (The Institute of Housing Management). It offers a program that looks like it might be decent.

Anyone have any experience with the program or other recommendations?

Yes. There`s also course work through Humber college available and certification is also possible through them, which career progression at firms, especially those that focus on public housing, can require.

You might also want to check out REIC, and requirements for CPM, for property management courses before deciding.
