Hi there
I`m looking to help out a few people that are in Foreclosure.These are nice,hard working people that have been been hit by job losses , lost contracts and high second mortgages.Some of these people are in their golden years.They are lookin to stay in the property as tenants and just rent.
I am hoping to find a few people who want to JV with me and my wife and help out some of these people who deserve to be helped out.We just finished putting up $80k to qualify for an elderly couple that now are our tenants.They actually started crying with relief when the debt burden was gone.
