When the property is purchased under a corporation instead of a person is the same "Agreement of Purchase" form being used (just using the name of the Corporation instead a person) or is there a slightly different process for placing such an offer? THANKS

Hello, the same purchase contract is used.

We put down our "corporation`s name and/or nominees/assingns" as the purchaser.

yes .. but use the " ABC Corp. and/or Nominee" as purchaser as often we use a NewCo or the actual purchase that may not yet exist. It also allows assignment (for a fee or free) if you so decide ! We now actually have a small corporation that does nothing but write offers. It owns nothing.
