I have undergone serious health concerns and am forced to sell assets to support my living costs. I am looking for serious investors to sell the options to these condos.

Current Value for each unit is approx $320K
they have not broken ground yet and with each phase, an investor stands to make large upside potential for more appreciation as these are waterfront properties.
