SEEKING JV PARTNERS TO PURCHASE
12 UNIT CONDO TITLED BUILDING IN RED DEER
I will consider one investor @ $400,000
or
four investors @ $100,000.
Closing is set for July 31. The money is needed to be in my lawyer`s hands by July 21, 2008.
The plan is to purchase the property and sell the individual units to investors or end users.
This would take 3 to six months to complete. The return on investment for that short period
is estimated to be about 25%.
The property is in good condition, with a new roof and exterior painting.
It is in a quiet,desirable residential area of Red Deer, with an elementary school just a block away. This makes renting easy and vacancy low.
