    Can we sign the sales contract with our personal name and process the mortgage with a corporation name?

    We want the mortage to be signed with a corporation and we want to sign the sales contract with our personal name to get better deals. Is it possible for the broker to process the mortage with our corporation name and an amendment ? also, Is it true the brokers need 3 weeks to close deals?
